Shipping

I will ship your purchased items within 4 business days of receiving payment.

All beads ship in a small jewel box inside a bubble padded envelope. Beads are shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Prints will ship in packaging appropriate to their size (small prints ship in envelopes with cardboard to prevent bending; large prints ship in mailing tubes). Prints are shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

All orders over $25 will be insured.

All shipping prices are based on actual shipping and supply costs through USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you must return your item, please contact me within a week of receiving it. I will refund the full amount but ask that you cover shipping expenses when you send the item back to me.
